We are looking for dedicated parents and participants to grow our FAMILY! Our players and cheerleaders will develop the 3Cs (Character, Competence, and Confidence) on and off the field. Our Coaches and Volunteer Staff are held to the highest standards of exemplifying the 3Cs we desire to see in our participants on and off the field.

All coaches are responsible for recruiting and developing football players; and creating great relationships with parents/guardians. Also responsible for creating a safe, positive, professional, and competitive environment for them to develop athletically and academically.

Cheerleading Assist: Responsible for alongside the Director and Head Coach of Cheerleading.
Offensive Coordinators for all age divisions.
Head/Assistant football coaches for all age divisions: Responsible for assisting the Head Coach and other coaches with all things related to developing football players, athletically and academically.
Resource Assistant: Responsible for assisting with player, concession, and general resources per age division.
Recruiter: Responsible for locating and building relationships with parents and players who are interested in playing youth football and cheer.
Concessions: Responsible for providing snacks and refreshments to gameday attendees.
Parking Lot: Responsible for ensuring our team, parents, supporters, and visitors have convenient and safe parking.
Equipment/Field Crew: Responsible for ensuring all players have required gameday equipment. Responsible for ensuring all field equipment is functioning and set for each game.
OPEN TO HELP: Responsible for helping wherever there is a need.
