Atlanta Crimson Tide's Health & Performance Division is committed to developing our student athletes through providing a robust training and nutrition program. Our Athletic Trainers are certified and experienced, allowing them to provide our student athletes top level expertise in the areas of health and performance.

Hello! I’m Tanesha and I’m excited to be apart of the ACT team as the Athletic Trainer. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine & Body Design University. My love for fitness stemmed from my early years of being a cheerleader. I have been leading and coaching individuals & groups for the past 5 years.

Our athletes will gain more than just a physical exercise. We will educate them about the importance of fitness training & healthy habits, which positively impacts other areas of their life - becoming a more productive student, athlete and teammate.

I’m looking forward to supporting the Cheer Coaches and other ACT Athletic Coaches to bring fun and excitement to your child through our Health and Performance program!

Hi, I am Jaymar Saniatan, CEO of Nutrition Phitness. I am a registered dietitian and a personal trainer who have been working with student athletes for the past 15 years. I have been apart of nutrition and fitness magazines regarding tips and advice. I have also worked with people from all ages, from all backgrounds. I have an approach for anything to do with nutrition and fitness.
